Welcome on a student weekend tour to Amsterdam and the Dutch bulbfields.
A unique opportunity on Sunday to see the tulip fields.
This information shows example itineraries to use as a guideline, please note that the order we visit various attractions may change. Please follow the advice of your tour manager and make sure that you are at the various pick up points and departures at the correct times.
Student Top Attractions in Amsterdam
Overnight departure by coach and Eurotunnel to Holland arriving in Amsterdam on Saturday morning about 9am.
A breakfast stop will be made before arriving in Amsterdam. On arrival in the city you can begin the day with a trip on the famous canal boats (*extra charge), after which your tour guide will introduce you to the city, including a walking tour of the sights from Dam Square to the Museum District where you will have the opportunity to visit the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and the Heineken Beer Museum!
At the end of the tour you will have the afternoon to explore the city at leisure before we travel to our hotel for check in early evening.
Hotel Accommodation for 1 night. Breakfast is included on Sunday morning. Rooms are based on 3 or 4 people sharing (twin rooms are available at a supplement charge, choose option when booking).

Please book with your guide on the coach before arrival in Amsterdam.
After breakfast we head into the Dutch countryside in search of Tulips and the picturesque Windmills. We will visit a Cheese farm, where you can also see a demonstration of clog making (wooden shoes) and sample cheese made at the farm (Edam). Holland is famous for its tulips and at this time of year the fields are awash with colour. Depending on the harvest, and the weather, we will make stops amoungst the bulbfields for photographs before we continue back to the UK.
London Students Please Note: We will always try to get you back to London in time for the last Tube, sometimes this will not be the case and you will have to arrange other means of transport such as night buses or taxi.
