Welcome on a student tour to Greenwich in London.
Located in south east London and where "time began" at the Royal Observatory. This is the first destination after walking through Greenwich Park. Seeing London from Greenwich Hill is one of the best views of London you can get on the ground. You will be able to stand on the Greenwich Prime Meridian Line where east meets west and is centre of time.
After the Royal Observatory we will walk you down the hill to Greenwich and you will be able to visit the Maritime Museum, one of the best and most popular museums in London (free entry) and the Painted Hall (free entry), one of the most beautiful rooms in Britain. You will also be taken to view the last remaining "Tea Clipper" ship in England - the Cutty Sark.
You will have free time after your lunch to visit Greenwich market, museums or the attractions or possibly take in some sights on a River Boat tour on the Thames.
Optional extras are also available, but they are not included in the tour price.
