Saturday morning to Sunday evening

On arrival in the capital, we will begin the day with a sightseeing tour, including Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Horse Guards Parade, Downing Street, Big Ben & The Houses of Parliament.

From Westminster, you will have the opportunity to take a boat trip on the River Thames (extra charge). An ideal way to see all of the sights of London from the comfort and warmth of these tourist boats with their large panoramic windows.The boat trip travels from Big Ben, passing the London Eye, St Pauls Cathedral, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and many other famous landmarks – arriving at Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, where you will re-join our coach to return to the city centre.   Please book the boat trip with your tour guide on the coach.

During the afternoon you will have some free time at Piccadilly & Leicester Square and an opportunity to do some shopping on Regent & Oxford Street. Then we are meeting late in the afternoon to go to the hotel.

Sunday
After breakfast (included) we will check out from the hotel.

You will also have the opportunity to visit some of London’s museums - The Natural History Museum, Tate Modern and the British Museum are all free to enter. There is also the National Art Gallery at Trafalgar Square which is free to enter. Alternatively you can visit the shops on Carnaby Street, Oxford Street or visit Covent Garden Market or Chinatown. There are also many payable attractions like London Eye, Madame Tussauds, London Dungeon and many others which you may wish to visit.

You will depart from the city centre around 5pm for the return journey getting to your destination late evening time.

We are meeting late in the afternoon to go to the Hotel. Standard accommodation is triple or quad rooms (x3/4 people per room) with ensuite bathroom and breakfast included.
